Mental Health Resources

If you or someone you know is struggling with their mental health or feels at risk of hurting themselves or someone else, please reach out for help.

No one should experience a mental health crisis on their own.

You will be immediately linked with a trained worker who will talk to you about what’s going on and provide resources or next steps that might be needed.
