Program Evaluation

Stronger Together Program Evaluation

Current Data

The Stronger Together program has a strong regional evidence-base with approximately 90% of participants demonstrating increased efficacy handling mental health concerns after completing the program, and many of those not experiencing an increase having had high levels of efficacy before completing the program. Facilitators generally express that the program is easy to learn and implement and that it is relevant and adaptable to their communities. The program is now gathering data at the national level to determine its utility to participants across the country and to move toward more official evidence-based status. The following open studies are helping to acheive that goal.

National Efficacy Studies

Participants in both live and online programming have access to pre and post-tests that assess changes to their knowledge and sense of efficacy after having attended the program.

Facilitator Follow-Up Study

Facilitator follow-up surveys gather data on program implementation and related information.

Long-Term Change Study

Participants complete surveys and focus groups 6-18 months after having completed the program to assess long-term behavior changes and potential impact on people who might be struggling.
